The Madshus Butterfly Junior XC ski boot is cute, but what parents will appreciate is that it is also warm and dry. Warm feet do lead to longer play time in the snow. Although marketed as a girl's ski boot, given that some of the world's best male skiers are rocking pink ski gear it wouldn't be surprising if some young boys think the Butterfly boot is cool enough to wear. They will find it warm and dry as well.
